We offer International shipping services and deliver to over 200 countries.Â
How does your delivery system work?
Packages will be shipped via a courier service which is dependent on the size and weight of the products ordered.
All packages are linked to an online track-and-trace system. You will receive an email with this information when your order has been shipped.
Customs fees are not handled by us so please be aware that when you consent to packages being delivered, you may incur custom fees when they arrive.
Delivery timings
Delivery timescales depends on the location, please see below our estimated shipping times…
- United States – 10-20 business days
- Canada, Europe – 10-20 business days
- Australia, New Zealand – 10-30 business days
- Central & South America – 15-30 business days
- Asia – 10-20 business days
- Africa – 15-45 business days. Important! Not all products ship to South Africa. If you are in South Africa, please contact us before placing an order, so that we can confirm shipping costs and times.
Please note that due to COVID and certain Lockdown regulations in various countries, delivery times may be affected slightly.Â
We are currently experiencing delivery issues to South Africa and recommend that if you order from South Africa, that you make use of the DHL option.
Returns & Refunds
Cancellations
All orders placed can be cancelled up to the point of shipping. Should you wish to cancel an order for any reason, please send us an email to info@101weddingproducts.com with all the details of your order, to allow us to make contact with you and process the cancellation.
Refunds & Exchange
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Refunds will be processed on request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and applied back onto your payment method within 14 working days.
We also offer an exchange service. Please send us an email to info@101weddingproducts.com with your order information and the exchange request,
and our staff will contact you speedily to assist.
Stock and shipping issues
Please note that we work with different suppliers. If a product is out of stock, or the supplier can’t fulfill the order for whatever reason, we will notify you and provide you with a full refund.
